Before you sign up.

  • Not at all. SprintPlanner is designed to sit alongside your existing project management tools. You use your issue tracker for day-to-day task management, and you use SprintPlanner specifically to run your planning poker and capacity meetings.

  • Correct. You, the host, have an account. Your team joins by link — anonymous handles or custom names, doesn't matter. They're voting in under 30 seconds.

  • Those are voting tools. SprintPlanner is a voting tool + a capacity planner + a sprint history + a velocity tracker, all in one tab. You finish the session with a committed sprint, not a spreadsheet to fill out.

  • It stays readable in a read-only archive. CSV export is one click. We never delete without warning you via email.

  • Actually free. Unlimited rooms, unlimited voting, 2 concurrent sprint plans. We make money on Pro, not on locking you out of the basics.

  • Yes, at any time from your billing page. The switch is prorated — you only pay the difference for the remaining period.
